About the pub
The Acorn is a food led (55%) community-driven pub located in Accrington, Lancs. It's ideally located on a main road within easy access of the main shopping areas.
The pub is a large two room operation which recently underwent refurbishment in October 2022. It benefits from an extensive wrap-around beer garden with external covered areas and external sports viewing which is very popular with the locals.
A General Manager is needed who can increase local activity as well as the sports and wet trade as there is a great opportunity to grow sales at this site through these means. Currently the site is performing well and weekly sales average around £20,000.
The Acorn benefits from having a full team in place including a full senior team both FOH and BOH. The site has a great reputation locally and fantastic online presence so is a perfect site for someone to jump straight into and elevate to new heights.
There is three bedroom live in accommodation available with this site.
