We are looking for a passionate and committed Chef de Partie to join our growing company, we have two sites in Stow, The Sheep on Sheep Street.

We offer the following for the role of Chef de Partie:

  • Salary of £9.50 per hour

A successful Chef de Partie will:

  • Be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are the highest quality at all times.
  • Ensure and control levels of guest satisfaction, quality and operations within set food costs on an on going basis.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management.

The Sheep on Sheep Street

  • Located in the heart of the Cotswold market town of Stow on the Wold
  • Fully refurbished in July 2016
  • 22 en-suite letting rooms
  • A large bar area with a speciality gin menu
  • Outside terrace area with approx. 40 covers
  • Restaurant 100 covers and the food is Modern European and International
  • Separate dining area, The Pen, for approx. 32 people
  • For applicants not living in Stow a car is required.

The successful candidate will fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant. Build effective and constructive relationships, communicate clearly, professionally and concisely. Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry.
